In this program you’ll find exercises that closely emulate the movements
found in the sport of boxing.
Unfortunately, many coaches who aren’t
familiar with the fight science will have you do exercises like “dumbell
punches” thinking this is a “fight specific exercise”.
In truth, this
is exercise will damage the structural integrity of the shoulder girdle
and should not be used ever.
